This privacy policy explains how HMB Software LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide through www.hmb-software.com (the “Site”). It does not cover personal information collected through any of our products — those have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for advertising.

We use Vercel Analytics to count anonymous page views. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.

How we store it

Contact-form submissions are sent via Resend and stored in our email inbox. We retain this email indefinitely as a normal business record. You can ask us to delete a specific message at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us. Email hello@hmb-software.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. The browser may store essential session state for the contact form, but no advertising or analytics cookies are placed.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Substantive changes will be reflected in the language here, not just the date.
